C.T. Male Associates, a multi-discipline consulting firm in the Northeast, is seeking a driven and hands-on Asbestos Project Coordinator, in our Latham, NY office. This full-time position offers a complete benefits package (including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan, bonus program, educational assistance/professional development programs, company-paid life insurance, and much more. The successful candidate has strong technical abilities, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The position will perform asbestos inspections, coordinate asbestos abatement project coverage with field staff, provide documentation and prepare reports for distribution to clients and report to the Managing Industrial Hygienist. The ideal candidate must be NYSDOL certified and trained as a NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector, and NYSDOL Project Monitor/Air Tech with 2+ years of experience. Experience in asbestos related projects including surveys, abatement design or industrial hygiene a plus. Also experience in environmental site assessments, site investigations, site remediation, and environmental chemistry. Knowledge of applicable environmental regulations. Microsoft Office experience a plus. Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. C.T.
