Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough asbestos surveys and backssments in adherence to established regulations and guidelines. Utilise advanced techniques to collect and analyse samples, identifying asbestos presence and evaluating potential hazards. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, risk backssments, and recommended actions. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure precise data collection and timely reporting. Maintain a strong understanding of asbestos: related regulations and industry best practices. Prioritise health and safety in both independent and team: based work scenarios. Qualifications and Skills: Essential possession of P403 and P404 certificates. Additional P402 certification would be considered a strong asset. Proven track record in asbestos analysis and surveying. Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
