Prepare purposeful and effective lesson plans that incorporate appropriate teaching strategiesand optimize student engagement. Deliver subject matter content to students in a manner that maximizes learning opportunities,incorporating real-world, application-based examples. Employ a variety of student learning modalities within each lesson, employing differentiatedinstruction to meet diverse learning needs. Stay current with subject matter knowledge and learning theories, and actively contribute to thecontinuous improvement of our teaching practices. Cultivate a classroom environment that fosters learning and is suitable for the maturity level andinterests of the students. Foster positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience and nurturing behavior tosupport their growth.Instructional Planning: Develop lesson plans that adhere to established guidelines and goals. Demonstrate evidence of thorough preparation for assigned classes upon request bysupervisory personnel. Take necessary precautions to safeguard supplies, equipment, materials, and facilities requiredfor the successful implementation of the instructional program.Required Qualifications: Possess a positive attitude and approach tasks with enthusiasm.
