Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging art lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the national curriculum. Utilize innovative teaching methods to inspire creativity and foster artistic expression among students. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their artistic development and growth. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment conducive to artistic exploration. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement art-related projects and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of student progress and backssments. Stay updated on developments in art education and incorporate new techniques and technologies into teaching practices. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status QTS or equivalent. Experience teaching art at the secondary level, preferably with a focus on textiles. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and backssment frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
