Job Summary Locations: Various schools in New Brunswick Schedule: Monday to Friday, day time Social benefits starting on your first day. How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating assigned school kitchens, food production and food-service associates. As an Area Sous-Chef, you will: Be accountable for menu planning, staffing, scheduling, client, and customer relationship building Take responsibility for kitchen operations, such as preparation, cooking, presentation and administration of feeding students and staff Oversee all food, labour, and overhead costs of various units Be responsible for occasional catering events Perform.
