Area Sales Manager (Field Based) Scarborough : North East Circa A GBP 30,000 Basic Salary + Commission (OTE A GBP 70,000) + Company Car + Mobile Phone + Laptop Monday to Friday Area Sales Manager required for a successful manufacturer who are industry leaders within the caravan industry. This is a great opportunity for an Area Sales Manager looking to join an expanding and secure company. Candidates will be experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in business development. Experience within a B2B field: based sales role and working with high valued items is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting customers based across Scotland. You will be responsible for planning and carrying out customer visits to an agreed schedule, covering all aspects of sales and marketing activities. This will include sales, managing promotions and aiding the customer through an after sales service, inventory checks and credit control. On a day: to: day basis you will be involved in responding to leads that come through post, email, and the telephone. You will be involved in attending public shows and trade shows to generate new leads and will collect and report up to date market information. You will primarily work from home and visit caravan parks within your allocated area. Some overnight stays will be required. Within this role and from time to time will attend company meetings at the head office in Wigan. The Area Sales Manager Role: A Servicing all aspects of customer relationship including sales, promotions, assistance with customer after sales service, inventory checks and credit control activities.
