You'll be an experienced operator with a passion for birdtails and the late night-night bar scene. You’ll be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair to take your venues to the next level. Responsibilities Delivering high consistency and quality in the delivery of drinks, customer service, and overall guest experience Managing and providing leadership to our General Managers and their teams. Supporting General Managers in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and collaboration Succession planning and supporting personal development. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all departments of Head Office and all on-site managers and have effective communication with them. Troubleshooting operational issues, addressing customer complaints, and resolving conflicts Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple venues within your designated area Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all venues Monitoring and backssing the performance of each venue. Setting performance targets, KPIs, and following these up Managing budgets and controlling costs Developing and executing strategic plans for the area Skills Required: Previous operational experience within a fast-paced multi-site late night operation Direct multi-site remote management experience Passion for.
