Area Director Café Operations We have an immediate opening for a multi-unit operator to oversee several café operations.The position is based in the Arlington, Virginia area.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years first tier experience as a multi-unit operator and grown from successful General Manager operations.Backgrounds in the café/counter/breakfast-lunch segment or quick casual concepts will be a great match for this role.Strong people development skills coupled with excellent P&L ability, sales growth through a passion for guest experience are required.The role comes with an excellent salary in the $80K range, bonus, full benefits and the opportunity to grow to a higher level.For more information please send your resume to Tom Bull with Gecko Hospitality at
