This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and the occasional weekend coverage. Environment Control is a commercial cleaning company owned and operated by Tom & Melody Hanson. We contract with local businesses big and small to clean their offices. We are looking for someone to join our team in Madison, WI as an Area Manager to oversee a portion of our business. In this position you will be accountable for: managing the nightly operations in your area quality control budget management supervise and develop employees This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and the occasional weekend coverage. Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning or related management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with the inner drive to lead people. The ideal candidate must: have a proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or some equivalent Bilingual in Spanish and English. be experienced in managing people have the skill to work smart and hard have a commitment to excellence have an ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity manage budgets have an appreciation and respect for the many cultures represented in our employees have an ability to interact well with customers This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and some weekend coverage is required. Starting salary is $45,000+ year based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership, and management experience. Area Managers also are eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses.
