This individual must be innovative, creative, a forward thinker, and be active in growth in KY and the surrounding region.Qualified applicants must have:Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture preferredState of Kentucky Architectural License or near completion of ARE, preferredMinimum of 3 to 5 years architectural experienceAbility to develop contract documents and perform construction administrationExcellent communication skills to facilitate meetings with the client and project staff, as well as consultant coordinationThe ability to utilize computer systems as a tool to effectively manage projects.
