【job description】 Replenishment of prizes, inventory management, cleaning, machine settings, inventory once every 3 months, machine installation, equipment management (advance payment for necessary equipment)Staff management in the assigned area (shift management, training, education, support)Fulfilling instructions from headquarters and superiors (responding to accidents and new decisions)・Work at Japan Village 3 times a week (attends Tenant Mtg 1 a month and provides feedback to HQ)・Business trips with overnight stays (new store opening work, staff support, etc.)・Transportation by own vehicle (moving between stores, picking up prizes, etc.)・Full-time promotion system available (if you are excellent, you will be hired as a head office employee) *Japanese-speaker 【Work location】 Scheduled start date: ASAPJapan Village and nearby areas such as NYC, Hackensack, Jersey city, etc. 【Working days】 Approximately 30 hours per weekFlexible (determined monthly after consultation with superior)/ Weekend work available (about 2-3 times a month)No experience required! We'll be expecting you. 【仕事内容】景品の補充、在庫管理、清掃、機械設定、３か月に一度の棚卸、機械のインストール、備品管理（必要備品の立替精算）担当エリアの従業員管理（シフト管理、トレーニング、教育、サポート）本部、上長からの指示内容の遂行（事故対応や新規決定事項への対応）・週3回はJapan Villageに出勤（月に一度のTenant Mtgに出席して本部にフィードバック実施）・宿泊を伴う出張有り（新店開業作業、従業員サポートなど）・自車での移動（店舗間の移動、景品のピックアップなど）・フルタイム登用制度あり（優秀であれば本部社員として採用）【勤務地】開始予定日：即日Japan Village, NYC, Hackensack, Jersey city, などNY,NJ近隣エリア【勤務日】週30時間程度フレキシブル（毎月上長と相談の上決定）/土日勤務有り（月2-3回程度）経験は不問です！お仕事に慣れるまでは、しっかりサポートさせていただきます！お気軽にお問合せ下さい！お待ちしております。Powered by JazzHR
