POSITION TITLE: Apprentice Electrician POSITION LOCATION: Houston and Surrounding Areas HOURLY PAY: $21.00 - $28.00 INDUSTRY TYPE: Commercial Construction BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Electricians will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial buildings. JOB DUTIES: Inspect electrical components. Use hand and power tools for electrical installation. Follow local and state electrical codes. Install and repair electrical wire, piping, systems, breakers, etc. Replace equipment as needed. Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation. Perform other electrical-related duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least 2 years of recent electrical experience Must have hand tools for electrical work. Basic NEC knowledge. Must have a current TDLR apprentice electrical license. Must have experience with commercial new construction. Must have proper identification for employment. An Equal Opportunity Employer
