This damage restoration apprentice position earns a competitive wage of $19 - $20/hour plus overtime and bonuses. There is room for quick growth and also a sign-on bonus of $500 after 60 days ! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN APPRENTICE DEMO AND WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN As an Apprentice Demo and Water Damage Technician, you are an invaluable help to our team and a lifesaver to our clients who have experienced water, mold, or fire damage. Each day, you arrive at the site of our next job ready to help restore order. Taking your cues from our trained technicians, you tackle a variety of tasks, including demolishing building materials, packing up contents, relocating them to a safer spot, setting up drying equipment, removing water from flooded properties, documenting the work, and more. Each day your duties are different, and every day you make difference. The work can be strenuous at times but using your strength to help our clients through tough circumstances makes you feel great! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN APPRENTICE DEMO AND WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN Willingness to learn Experience with general construction demolition preferred Experience using power tools Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Clean driving record Must have a working smartphone Ability to work on-call rotating schedule nights and weekends one week and one weekend per month No experience with water, mold, or fire damage restoration is necessary.
