Our growing company is looking for an Appointment Setting Specialist to support our sales division where you will be the backbone support for our high-performance sales team! Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities Awesome Benefits Include: $17.00/hr + Enjoy working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with weekends off! Fun and exciting team-oriented work environment Opportunities for advancement Paid Time Off, 401K Plan, Health & Dental Insurance Responsibilities: Ability to consistently and accurately process data Qualify and schedule appointments with clients to assist in the consultation of business services Provide administrative support such as generating reports, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve our streamlined process Utilize our CRM system for continued relationship management Assist with various projects as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months to a year in a similar role Strong attention to detail Ability to adapt in a fast-paced energetic work environment Ability to work well with others and as part of a team Proficiency in a variety of software systems including Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English Our Mission Statement: It is our mission to empower our clients with the tools they will need to succeed in the business world.
