Responsibilities:Lead Generation:• Utilize various channels to identify and prospect potential clients.• Research and gather information on target industries and businesses. Outreach:• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage prospects.• Effectively communicate our products/services, value proposition, and benefits. Qualification:• Conduct initial assessments to understand the prospect's needs and suitability.• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target audience. Appointment Scheduling:• Schedule qualified appointments for the recruiting team with key decision-makers.• Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless handover of appointments. Database Management:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.• Continuously update and enhance the lead database for future campaigns. Performance Metrics:• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.• Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
