Description:
Role: Office 365/MS Exchange AdminLocation: 1 day onsite in Pittsburgh PA, or Lake Mary FLDuration: 6 Months + Extensions or Possible ConversionResponsibilities: * Troubleshoot higher-level, complex issues related to Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premises. * Address mail flow issues and resolve duplicate account issues. * Collaborate with a team of engineers. * Act as an escalation point for urgent service issues during the India overnight shift. * Provide support via ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams.Requirements: * 5-7 years of experience * Strong knowledge of email security principles and network security principles. * Experience with demark, DKIM, SPF, Proofpoint, and Exchange Online Protection would be a plus * Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud-based certifications.Preferred Qualifications: * Degree not required. * Experience with Exchange Server versions 2016 and 2019. * Previous experience working in a global support environment.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
