What You'll Be Doing: Here's a sampling of what you might encounter on an average day, but as with any other business, our needs evolve daily. Providing technical support, solutions and insight to our very busy sales team and manufacturers' representative network customers Keeping current on-air pollution control products, technologies and systems Reviewing and analyzing customer requirements and illustrating how the Camcorp dust collection or bulk material handling solutions will help customers meet or exceed their clean air or production goals Partnering with suppliers to confirm costs, pricing, and sales strategies Preparing budget and formal proposals for RFQ/RFP Understanding customer systems and equipment requirements and identifying additional sales opportunities Recommending and communicating modifications to standard products to meet customer requirements effectively Other duties as assigned Skills You Need to Bring With You Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or Business, with a technical mindset) or Technical Degree Ability to conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment Strong computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is a plus Basic AutoCAD drafting skills are a plus Self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed, high-energy individual. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create timely, accurate and succinct written communications; ability to share information and ideas with others. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong negotiation skill and ability to work with senior management, mid-level management and end-users. Excellent business judgement and ability to quickly build business acumen to help serve the needs of the organization. Knowledge and experience in process design and improvement. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
