Job Duties: Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information Provide exceptional and timely customer service Maintain tools, equipment and company vans Experience required: High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid driver's license 2 years' experience as an in-home service provider Excellent customer service skills Computer skills Excellent communication skills Mechanical and electrical knowledge Must be able to lift 50 pounds **Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Benefits: Van, gas card and uniforms are provided. Health insurance On-going training Territory is designed around your home address so you can start and end from your home if you are too far away from the office Opportunities for advancement - Technician Leads, Prescreeners, Supervisors Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $72.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Tips Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road This business is independently owned and operated.
