Description Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking a qualified Apex Developer to join our industry-leading, Oracle cloud computing team. This position will be remote. Responsibilities and Duties are listed below, but not limited to: Assists with the management, development, testing, debugging cyber, devops, automation, and maintenance of computer programs designed specifically in Oracle APEX to ensure that the application meets the needs of the users of the system. This individual has technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming Understands the business or function for which application is designed. Write APEX-specific programs according to specifications, which may be provided by Engineers, technical architects, or other computer scientists Update, repair, modify and expand existing computer programs Determine the Definition of Ready for work items to be slotted into a Sprint, Deliver working software or acceptable deliverables in every iteration) Help the Product Owner break larger work items (Epics, User Stories) into smaller User Stories based on functionality Requirements Minimum candidate requirements: Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree Candidate must be a US citizen Candidate must have a minimum of an active DoD Secret clearance Candidate must have a CompTIA Security+ CE Certification or other applicable 8570 IAT Level II certification Candidate must have 4+ years experience with the following: Developing, testing, debugging cyber, devops, automation, and maintenance of computer programs designed specifically in Oracle Apex Writing Apex programs Working in an Agile Environment familiar with sprints Updating, repairing, modifying and expanding existing Apex applications
