Summit Communities, LLC is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Knight Apartments in Greeley, CO. Primary Responsibilities: Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose and solve electrical issues. Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly. Complete maintenance make-ready sheets as assigned. Turn vacant apartments Ability to sweat pipes and service furnaces/hot water heaters and troubleshoot boilers a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Respond to after-hour calls and emergency situations Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
