Requirements for Maintenance Technician / Grounds / Residential Manager: Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance repair and service Exhibits a friendly and collaborative team-oriented mindset Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills including email and technology Motivated and unafraid of hard work Familiarity with property management software is advantageous Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions Eagerness to learn is essential!
