The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in antitrust law, exceptional writing skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust mattersDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsAssist in the preparation for hearings, depositions, and trialsCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communicationsReview and analyze documents and evidence related to antitrust casesManage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining case calendarsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courtsRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission by waiver3-5 years of experience practicing antitrust litigationStrong understanding of antitrust laws and regulationsExcellent legal research and writing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsPrior experience with document review platforms and e-discovery tools preferredEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications (optional):Admission to the State Bar of CaliforniaSkills:Proficiency in legal research methods and resourcesStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyProficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office suiteStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively As one of the world's most well-known law firms, they continue to provide all aspects of law to their clients.
