The ideal candidate will possess significant interest in or experience with merger reviews, with FTC/DOJ experience being a plus. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to merger reviews.Participate in client meetings and provide legal counsel on antitrust matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on transactional-based work.Stay updated on developments in antitrust law and provide insights to the firm and clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for admission.1-5 years of experience focusing on transactional-based work, preferably with a focus on antitrust and competition law.Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for admission. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Familiarity with merger review processes and antitrust regulations preferred.
