OverviewThe Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting FP&A processes in planning, forecasting, and analytics.This individual will be collaborating with business partners to find solutions for issues facing the company.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following: Planning & Forecasting Support the development of the annual operating budget and long-term strategic growth plans relating to sales, margin, and expenses Monitor actual financial performance, compared to budget & forecast and interpret variances during the month-end close by reconciling results and consulting with manager to provide responses to finance regarding variances Build and maintain complex financial models using Excel & incorporate trends gathered from disparate sources Partner with the Accounting department to process accruals in accordance with month-end close Load budget and forecast into Host Analytics system Reporting & Analysis Support calculation and issuance of the quarterly ambassador commission payouts for the Wellness Partnership Program Responsible for ad-hoc requests and analysis relating to sales, margin, and/or expenses Support preparation of month-end financial reporting packages & management presentations Conduct deep dives into performance metrics & develop root cause analyses Maintain, enhance, and further develop dashboards and reporting Other Functions: Assist with projects as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities.
