Metro-Billing Service is seeking a full-time Ambulance Billing Specialist. Duties will include data entry and day-to-day ambulance billing operation activities. The successful individual will also contact patients and insurance company representatives by telephone or through correspondence to check the status of past - due accounts, maintain clear records of follow - up activity, obtain insurance information and counsel patients on financial arrangements. The successful individual will have 1 to 3 years medical billing experience, excellent computer skills, must be able to communicate effectively & clearly & must submit to background check.
