Job Summary To elevate customer experience by providing support to the DMF department by assisting with Amazon Portal, Po’s and Returns. Location: Corporate Office - Warminster, Pa Key Responsibilities: Prepares and processes Amazon Weekly PO’s. Daily confirmation of Amazon Direct Fulfillment. Follow process for preparing and emailing pallet labels to third party. Utilize Excel and D365 on a daily basis for inventory and workload. Process customer returns according to the guidelines. Problem solve issues with a sense of urgency by effectively collaborating and communicating with the team. Provides administrative support to management as needed. Perform related duties as requested.
