Summary: Ag technicians are responsible for welding new equipment, assembling new equipment and working on customer or SAC rebuilders. Our Ag Department thrives on exceeding the expectations of our customers, by providing creative and rugged solutions in a timely fashion. This role is fast-paced, creative, never the same from one day to another, and is built on a "get'r done" mentality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares work to be accomplished by shop order instructions, blueprint specifications, sales sheet and parts list; gathering parts, tools and materials. Welding new equipment is the majority of this position. Disassembles, repairs and reassembles equipment as time allows. Works with supervisor to ensure that everything is done to customer satisfaction Qualifications Candidates should have welding experience, a customer service attitude, mechanical abilities, farm equipment knowledge especially feed mixers, be a self starter and detail oriented.
