St. Barnabas Catholic School, located on the southside of Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking to hire a director for our Extended Day Ministry (Aftercare Program). St. Barnabas is an active parish school with an enrollment of 483 students in grades preschool through 8th. The ideal candidate will have experience in a childcare setting supervising staff and children. The director is responsible for following established policies, scheduling staff, and interacting with children and parents. This is a part-time, hourly, school-year position. The selected candidate would have the opportunity to work as an assistant under our current director immediately, transitioning to program director in the fall of 2024.
