The Advisor, Human Resources will be responsible for the day-to-day initiatives of the People and Culture department. As the Advisor, the successful candidate will influence, provide appropriate knowledge and resources to support decisions, and administer employee transactions for all Human Resources functions including workforce planning, performance management and ongoing support for union and nonunion operations teams in Canada.
