Advertising & Media Sales Account Executive Full Time Sales Great career opportunity to master and provide print and digital marketing solutions to our business partners. The Republican American is seeking energetic and creative Advertising Account Executives to join our talented team of experts. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about developing effective marketing campaigns and help local businesses to reach their business goals through traditional and digital marketing, branding, and much more. Our Account Executives ae expected to develop established accounts and prospect for new opportunities through a consultative approach with local and regional businesses. Successful candidates will be assigned an established customer base in a defined geography, with an expectation to grow their accounts, prospect and develop new leads, and increase revenue in the overall territory.Qualifications: " Highly motivated self-starter with high energy and drive! " Prior experience selling advertising/marketing is preferred. Knowledge and understanding of online & digital marketing is a huge plus! " A drive to succeed in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach. " Must be organized, have good verbal and written communication skills, math aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment. " Must have the demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and drive new business. " Ability to make sound and ethical decisions. " Must be able to handle multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. " This position requires the ability to travel locally to visit customers.
