**Psychiatry opening in Texas**Full-time, permanent placementLocated in Palestine, TX (Dallas 100m)Regional Medical Center, located in the heart of the Piney Woods has an opportunity for a BC/BE Psychiatrist for its 61-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital; ability to also do adolescence a plus. Expected to provide psychological testing when consulted for adult psych admits, as well as testing and evaluations for outside agencies, including the adult and adolescent justice system. Behavioral health campus serves patients from 25 counties in East and East Central Texas. The expert staff, along with the excellent level of care has gained a reputation as a truly regional center for excellence in psychiatric care. Having recently launched a hybrid long-term forensic program for non-violent offenders, the ideal candidate will have an interest in caring for the initial acute care phase and also the rehabilitative process for this populationBC/BE in Forensic Psychiatry or long-term experience can be considered Competitive salary with guaranteed base, wRVU productivity incentive, sign on, relocation, student loan assistance, CME allowance, practice management, marketing and full benefits.
