DWU is located in Mitchell, South Dakota, a town of 14,000, nestled in the heart of one of the country's finest outdoor recreation areas. Mitchell is the sixth largest city in South Dakota and home to the world's only Corn Palace. The University is within an hour's drive of Sioux Falls, one of the Upper Midwest's larger statistical metropolitan areas. The qualified applicant will be involved in counseling prospective students and families, tele-counseling, territory management, marketing and recruitment activities on and off campus, database management, contributing to overall enrollment management goals. Seasonal travel and occasional weekend and evening work should be expected as part of the normal recruitment process.Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage complex detailed projects, and have a demonstrated commitment to the mission of DWU and our values of learning, leadership, faith, and service.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; experience in college recruiting, admissions or related field a plus.
