Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using basic office equipment and computer software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Working notes: This is a temporary position covering a 2-week period, with the working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The successful candidate will be compensated at a rate of £15.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
