Florida grown Roofing company, fast paced growing company in need of another Production Coordinator in office to handle workflow. We are in need of a Production Coordinator to join our team where you will be dealing with ordering materials, scheduling out work orders, scheduling logistics, applying for and obtain permits; schedule inspections for roofing installations; maintain permit records and all other functions related to the successful completion of the permitting process. The ideal candidate will help with the entire roofing production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. Job functions include, but are not limited to: Applies for and obtains permits for jobs. Maintains permit records. Coordinates with customers regarding appointments, job scheduling and inspections. Schedules work orders. Schedules dumpsters and pick ups. Deals with homeowners on production issues, HOAs, confirmations of contracts. Dealing with vendors. Supports the Production department Manager as required. Perform related clerical and departmental duties as required. Other clerical duties as required. Answer and route incoming calls. Creating and updating files. Various administrative tasks. Position Requirements: A high school degree or equivalent is required. Ability to use standard business software and office equipment is required. Familiarity with the local government permitting process is preferable. Valid Florida driver's license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Team orientation, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of company personnel and customers. *SPANISH is a PLUS, but not required*
