If you are a great multi tasker, can handle a high volume of work without getting flustered, live and breathe teamwork, enjoy working with all kinds of people, are highly organized, and have the uncanny knack for anticipating needs/problems keep reading! This role is responsible for day-to-day administrative activities for successfully listing new properties as well as ensuring the escrow process goes off without a hitch! You ensure all the "T's" are crossed and the "I's" are dotted! Successful candidates MUST be positive, self-motivated, self-driven, computer savvy, have superior attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Intrigued, here are a few more details on what you will be doing on a daily basis: Greet clients via phone or in person Draft, review, edit and execute all kinds of documents Liaise with other agents, buyers, title and escrow companies-keeping everyone in the loop and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Manage escrow checklist Set up inspections Schedule appointments Negotiate repairs Coordinate close of escrow activities Create and upload listings Create marketing materials Order signs to be installed/removed Set up and take down lock boxes Create new listings/take down when sold Maintain Property Base Order pictures, videos, etc for Marketing Maintain expiring listing Participate in marketing of new listings-postcards, pre photo work, walk throughs, staging, property descriptions, brochures Key player in web marketing of listings General clerical duties- faxing, copying, filing, etc. Support other team members Experience: " At least 2+ years experience in a fast paced administrative position " OR, 1-2 years experience in real estate office doing transactions and/or listing Qualifications/MUST HAVES: " Proven ability to multi-task " Proven critical thinking/problem solving skills " Proven ability to work independently and self-manage " Excellent oral and written communication skills " Proven customer service skills " Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment " High sense of urgency " Organized " Ability to change direction quickly and stay focused " Ability to meet deadlines " Superior attention to detail " Proficient in Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. " Ability to type 50+WPM Nice to Have: " Experience with real estate specific programs: Property Base, Docusign, etc and real estate terminology. This is a full-time Monday-Friday 8:30-5 PM position, located in Truckee, CA Compensation: " DOE--approximately $16-19/hour to start. Potential increase within 6 months based on performance.
