Role This paid summer 2023 internship position will provide the student with an opportunity to assist the credit union with a large document reorganization project. This position may be an ideal first internship for a student looking to gain real world experience. Major Duties and Responsibilities - Retrieves documents from document storage system and organizes them into categories. - Uploads collated documents back into system platform based on category. - Collates, scans, and indexes all additional paper documents into document storage system. - May job shadow other administrative departments (such as HR, Marketing, and Accounting) as time and interest allow. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Some prior computer coursework is a plus Graduating high school senior or current college student pursuing a degree in business or a related field Excellent computer skills Self-motivated Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Must be extremely detail oriented Significant level of trust and diplomacy Standard position hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
