Job Description Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton is seeking Administrative Assistant with experience in a healthcare setting. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills are a MUST.This position will support the Business office, Human Resources and other departments as needed.The Ideal candidate will have the ability to interact and communicate professionally and appropriately. Extensive problem solving capabilities. Ability to write professional copy for memorandums, policies and procedures; ability to compile information into professional format for personnel, vendor and other files; ability to monitor date-sensitive information; ability to build relationships with employees and vendors; ability to manage multiple priorities; ability to assume other duties as assigned.Qualifications:-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and internet research experience needed.- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma but an Associate's Degree in the health care field is preferred.
