Summary: The Administrative Assistant for assigned campuses performs a variety of administrative support activities of a very responsible, difficult and often confidential nature. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education and/or Experience: Associates Degree preferred. Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required degree(s) must be from institutions accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting agencies. Degrees from non-U.S. institutions are recognized only if equivalence has been established and provided.
