JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT BUSINESS PROFILE Pulmonair is a family owned company since 2007 operating in San Antonio, Texas. We sell, rent, and service Hospital and Home Breathing Respirators. Our focus in on innovation and improving healthcare, one customer and one piece of equipment at a time. SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Administrative Assistant is an entry level position that is responsible for handling all tasks assigned by their direct supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Answers and directs departmental phone calls. Process documents as they come in and file in accordance. Reconcile customer payments as received. Reconcile UPS bill. Performs other related duties as assigned. EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have computer experience in Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Computer experience - Microsoft Strong customer service skills Strong, accurate data entry skills Basic administrative skills a plus JOB TYPE & PAY: Part-time and Full-time available Pay starts at $10.00 per hour
