Part Time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper Mark's Lock & Safe is looking for a highly organized, customer focused Part Time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Lomita! Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. If you are looking to start a rewarding career with a great company, apply today! Primary Job Function: This individual is a key player in our business. This individual will answer calls on a multi-line telephone system, data entry, customer service, outbound calls, filing, invoicing, general housekeeping, scheduling and collections. This individual will also assist in the shop with the key machine, looking up parts and troubleshoot customer issues over the phone. Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Pay: $24.00+/hr Depending on Experience Benefits: Paid Holidays, Company Uniforms Required Qualifications: Strong administrative background Bookkeeping Experience Ability to pass a drug and background check Superior communication skills Ability to multi-task proficiently Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent phone presence Skilled using Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Outlook, Word Skilled using QuickBooks Desktop version Advanced computer skills
