Aloha, We would like you to join our exciting team at Hilo Fish Company. We are the largest seafood distributor in the state of Hawaii with an amazing career opportunity in the seafood industry. This position is located at our beautiful Hilo corporate office. Position Summary The position supports the purchasing division with admin support. Essential Functions and Basic Duties Data entry Email correspondence with operating facilities Update online safety training Ordering of supplies Tracking information Update spreadsheets Filing Other tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications Minimum Qualification Requirements High School diploma Proficient in the use of a computer, excel spreadsheets, word documents, and other required software. Familiar with and ability to use general office equipment such as copy machines, scanners, fax machines, etc. Working Conditions Normal office conditions Work Hours Monday through Friday, some Saturdays. 8-5 hour a day Must also be able to work irregular or longer hours as needed occasionally.
