Job Overview On a part:time limited basis, the Adjunct Faculty member's primary academic functions include teaching, discovering, creating, and reporting knowledge to students. Essential Functions stylemargin:bottom:10.0px:: On a part:time basis, conduct and teach assigned undergraduate courses.: Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.: Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University:related communications.: Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years industry or business experience in the teaching subject area OR Associate's Degree with at least 5 years industry experience in the teaching subject area: Member of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC): Current active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential: Current active Ohio practitioners license OR Kentucky Respiratory practitioner's license: At least 3 years industry or business experience in the teaching subject area: Willingness to travel to any area hospitals for clinical rotations as assigned: Must apply and be hired by the programs consortium partner Additional Qualifications Considered: Masters degree in the teaching subject area: Previous teaching experience in an academic environment: Experience working with students from varied academic backgrounds and life experiences: Ohio practitioner's license and Kentucky Respiratory practitioners license Compensation and Benefits UC offers a wide array of complementary and affordable benefit options, to meet the financial, educational, health, and wellness needs of you and your family.
