Adena - General Laborer Summary: The General Laborer performs a variety of tasks on the construction jobsite and supports skilled trades as needed. Primary Job Responsibilities: Supports skilled trades with materials and labor support as needed to complete project tasks Provides jobsite cleanup of specific trades work and general cleanup of the complete project Loads and unloads jobsite deliveries Organizes jobsite materials Adheres to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment Other duties as assigned PM21 Adena - General Laborer Desired Qualifications/Skills: High School Diploma or GED required Sufficient education or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills and characteristics to perform duties of the role 10 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within ninety (90) days of employment Must obtain proper training and certifications prior to operating equipment Must have active operator's card Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions consisting of wet, hot, humid and/or freezing temperatures, also contending with dirt and dust Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work Ability to use equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue Must have the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills Ability to work in an environment where the noise level is generally loud Must be willing and able to travel to jobsites which may at times require overnight stays away from home Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency Must have a good work ethic, and the ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instructions PI7e9f7487fdc1-29448-33115021PDN-9bca8225-8ca9-4d88-804a-0d5a8e9e8af4
