Activities Coordinator Responsibilities: Assist with on-site job training Participate in planned activities Assist with bus training Assist with daily documentation Assist with personal hygiene Activities Coordinator Requirements: Valid Utah Driver's License and pass a motor vehicle report Must be 21 years or older in order to transport clients to and from work locations (use of personal vehicle is NOT required) Positive and encouraging attitude Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off 401k Promotion Opportunities Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Referral program Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Powered by JazzHR
