Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Key strategic Finance Business Partner to Store Operations leadership team Collaborates with internal departments such as Property Development, GS&P, Marketing, Loss Prevention, Human Resources, and the Field to identify strategic opportunities, and review processes and procedures to identify opportunities and improve accuracy of the forecasts and rolling plans. Leads data analytics, financial modeling and presentation of financial information to support key business initiatives and decision support. Responsible for providing financial support to the Store Operations department, including all financial reporting, the creation and on-going management of the budgets (i. e. Store Sales, Payroll, Expense & Capital budgets). It is also responsible for providing financial support and analysis for strategic business initiatives, organizational strategy and supports talent needs (i. e. succession planning) to address changing business requirements. Responsible for planning, establishing, and managing the Stores Operations budgets (Expense & Capital), as well as the Regional and Home Office budgets, with an annual spend of over $600M.
