Closing Date: February 9, 2024 Reporting to the Director of HRIS and Analytics, you will be responsible for the delivery and support of Teck’s HRIS Platforms including SAP Success Factors, VIP and Microsoft Employee Analytics Database. You will be working with multiple business stakeholders and will lead a team of HRIS Analysts, Coordinators and Consultants in ensuring the successful delivery of our services globally. This is a long-term temporary position. The contract will be for 1 - 1.5 years. Responsibilities: Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures. Delivery and Support Oversee the review and assignment of support requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements. Lead the coordination of project intake, consulting with cross-functional stakeholders to establish prioritization, and managing the core HRIS roadmap. Reinforce HRIS governance processes and lead monthly HRIS Governance Meetings Collaborate with business SMEs across functional areas to ensure consistent and effective design and implementation of cross-functional solutions. Maintain compliance standards by thoroughly documenting requirements, conducting testing, and obtaining necessary approvals. Working with both internal and external auditors for SOX Compliance and user access review process twice a year Identify opportunities for process improvements and spearhead optimization efforts. Provide guidance and recommendations to functional People teams for the adoption of system enhancements and future capabilities. Prioritize work intake, manage team capacity, and compile support incident statistics, identifying patterns using Power BI dashboards Oversee platform system refreshes and plan the deployment of bi-annual Success Factors releases, including conducting kick-off meetings and managing testing cycles Coordinate the resolution or escalation of incidents and work closely with.
