Title: Acquisition Program Analyst (EWI) Location: Arlington, VA *** MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT CUSTOMER SITE *** Clearance Level: Secret Summary/Description: This position supports the Director, Acquisition Career Management, SAF/AQH and the Air Force Institute of Technology/Graduate Education Division (AFIT/CIG) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Relevant AF/DoD experience required, preferably in Acquisition, Training, or Personnel. This person shall have a general understanding of the Air Force acquisition workforce and Air Force acquisition organizations. The tasks for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Build and maintain all Education with Industry (EWI) student and other program records. Review and provide feedback to EWI student's deliverables throughout the program, such as: EWI Student Work plans, EWI student travel plan, three quarterly reports, Insight to Industry Paper Drafts and Final papers, EWI student training reports, Enlisted Performance Reports (EPR), Memorandums for Record (MFR), and enlisted Levels of Effort (LOE). Help plan and direct the EWI events throughout the year. Develop and maintain effective relationships and to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Be able to organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements. Identify problems and use sound judgment and decisions to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations. Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR. Required Education and Skills: BA/BS in a related field and 3-10 years of relevant work experience. An associate degree plus 4 additional years relevant work experience (7-14 years) may be substituted for a BA/BS degree. Additional requirements: All computer-based communication/office IT tools and ability to learn software packages including, but not limited to, the following: Microsoft (MS) Office Suite - Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Excel, TEAMS; Adobe (both reader and Pro). Public speaking - capable of delivering briefs, speaking in meetings in person and online, and giving presentations. QED Enterprises, Inc.
