Acquisition & Business Analyst, Income Producing Properties The Acquisitions and Business Analyst will assist the IPP division in developing and analyzing project proformas for new acquisitions as well as new development projects. The position will also play a key role in supporting the acquisition process for new IPP assets. This role will support the IPP team with review and analysis of broader market conditions as well as industry operational performance metrics and operational enhancement opportunities. What we look for? Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. Two to four years of experience in project analysis, business analysis, or similar role. New graduates or those with associated training in economics, engineering etc demonstrating outstanding skills and capabilities in analytics and communications will be considered in a developmental capacity. A passion for real estate and inherent curiosity. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with advanced skills in Excel.
