Job Description:Role Overview: * Handle and manage accounts payable transactions * Examine and authenticate invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports * Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies * Work with different departments to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time * Assist with various clerical tasks as neededQualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Associate degree in accounting or related field (preferred) * At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting * Proficient in QuickBooks * Advanced Excel skills * Keen attention to detail and precision in data entry and record-keeping * Basic knowledge of financial principles
