Additional properties may be added due to PTO requests, staffing and business growth Accounts Receivables Posting payments and/or vendor refunds received at the CRM Corporate office according to policy and procedure Processing Mortgage payments online Processing Excess Income online Complete monthly closings for each property according to policy and procedure Other duties as needed may be required or assigned Requirements: Must have Real Page Experience (1+ years) At least 2 years of accounts payable and receivable experience Must possess analytical skills, ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency. Ability to interact effectively with people within the organization as well as with clients Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software Experience with Real Page OneSite Accounting, TOPS software and/or QuickBooks would be helpful.
